Plain REST is great for scripts. MCP is great for agents that need to reason over the data — "find a 2nd-gen Tacoma within 100 miles with a working AC compressor under $400 estimated value, then draft an email I can send to the yard." Agents chain our tools with their own reasoning loop, no integration glue required.
The MCP server is being rolled out individually to Enterprise customers so we can tune tool ergonomics with each integration. Once you're on Enterprise, we'll provision a dedicated MCP endpoint, send setup instructions for your client of choice (Claude Code, Cursor, custom agents), and pair on the first integration.
Authentication uses the same jyn_live_* keys you generate from Settings → API Keys. Rate limits match your Enterprise plan's 10,000 daily request budget.
