By accessing or using Junkyard Notify, LLC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Junkyard Notify provides a platform for tracking vehicle inventory at self-service junkyards. We aggregate public data to send notifications when specific vehicles arrive at yards near you.
Disclaimer on Data Accuracy:The inventory data provided is scraped from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. A vehicle listed as "in stock" may have been crushed, sold, or removed before your arrival. Always verify with the yard directly before traveling.
Our Service allows you to upload photos of vehicles ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content.
By uploading content, you grant Junkyard Notify, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of your User Content.

How You Opt In
Marketing consent is collected separately from every other consent. Confirming your mobile number is a one-time transactional step and is not a marketing message. Opting in to recurring inventory alerts is a distinct, affirmative action: users go to junkyardnotify.com/settings and scroll to Priority SMS Alerts (account login required), enter their mobile number, and check the following consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default:
“By checking this box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (inventory alerts for vehicles matching your watchlist) from Junkyard Notify at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. View our Privacy Policy at junkyardnotify.com/privacy and Terms at junkyardnotify.com/terms.”
The checkbox is unchecked by default. Consent cannot be given implicitly — the user must actively check the box. Checking it is never required in order to verify a mobile number, create an account, or use any paid feature. If the box is left unchecked, the number is still verified and no marketing alerts are ever sent.
Program Description: By opting into SMS notifications, you will receive text messages regarding vehicle inventory updates matching your watchlists.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your watchlist settings and yard inventory changes.
Pricing: Message and data rates may apply. Junkyard Notify does not charge for SMS alerts, but your carrier may.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further alerts will be sent.

Privacy & Data Sharing: Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This is a first-party program operated solely by Junkyard Notify; SMS opt-in and consent data are never shared with, sold to, or provided to any third party for their own marketing. No Third-Party Marketing or Affiliate Advertising: Junkyard Notify is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or compensated by any salvage yard, junkyard, or other business named in these messages. Yard names appear solely as factual location information for inventory the subscriber asked to be alerted about. We do not send messages on behalf of any third party, and we do not conduct affiliate marketing, lead generation, or the sale or sharing of subscriber data.
In no event shall Junkyard Notify, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
