1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Junkyard Notify, LLC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Junkyard Notify provides a platform for tracking vehicle inventory at self-service junkyards. We aggregate public data to send notifications when specific vehicles arrive at yards near you.

Disclaimer on Data Accuracy:The inventory data provided is scraped from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. A vehicle listed as "in stock" may have been crushed, sold, or removed before your arrival. Always verify with the yard directly before traveling.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Subscriptions: Premium features ("Pro Access") are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.
• Refunds: Services are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

4. User Content

Our Service allows you to upload photos of vehicles ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content.

By uploading content, you grant Junkyard Notify, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of your User Content.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Data Scraping: Automated scraping, harvesting, or extraction of data from Junkyard Notify is strictly prohibited without express written consent.

In no event shall Junkyard Notify, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
